Thank you for visiting my website. Finding the right therapist can be a daunting task and can be an overwhelming process to begin with. I’m honored you’ve considered me for this important relationship in your life. Take a look around my site and please reach out by email/phone if you have any questions or would like to get to know me a little better.

Here is a quick overview of what I do and who I am: I specialize in supporting individuals, couples and families who are in transition – specifically, if a family member is in treatment or struggling with abuse, trauma, eating disorders or chemical dependency. It is very important to me that I respect my clients’ philosophies, values and goals in therapy. As I work with a family, I’m sensitive to the experience of being invited in and I only offer solutions that fit within the family culture.

Relationships are important to me. I am passionate about the work I do, not only because I have an opportunity to offer healing and help others feel empowered and centered in their lives, but because I have a chance to connect with another human being. I believe in the power of our humanity: to be fundamentally flawed, to experience real pain and loss, and to thrive when we feel allied in community.

I hope this website provides the information you need to determine if we will be a good fit and about the services I offer. Again, please feel free to contact me with any questions or for a free phone consultation.
